Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Amanda Bills Photography client-portal service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity performed through your account.

3. Subscription and billing

The service includes a seven-day free trial followed by a recurring charge of $17.37 per month unless canceled. Subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Photographer content and client data

You retain responsibility for photographs, contracts, invoices, questionnaires, client records, galleries, and other information you upload. You must have the rights and permissions needed to process that information.

5. Payments and third-party services

Online payment, email, storage, and other functions may rely on third-party providers and their separate terms.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, access another user’s data, distribute malware, or misuse client information.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will meet every business, legal, accounting, or archival requirement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amanda Bills Photography is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Original photography-session terms

For photography sessions provided directly by Amanda Bills, a non-refundable booking fee reserves the date and applies to the total cost. Final payment is due after editing is complete and proofs are shared. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to request rescheduling.
